Jessica teaches all movement and pelvic health classes, while Alison provides all doula services and breastfeeding courses. Both Alison and Jessica teach "Sensational Birth" and participate in ceremonies.

Yes! All of our classes can be offered virtually. Please send us an email if you'd prefer that option.
