Prenatal Yoga
Our 75-minute Hatha yoga classes will combine breathwork, visualization, and postures thoughtfully designed to help you feel at ease throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for the physical work and mental focus of birth. The community support and gentle guidance provided can also help address any fears, challenges, or discomfort you may be experiencing. Through precise sequencing and instruction, emphasis is placed on channeling energy downwards to the pelvis for a joyous and connected pregnancy. Open to all levels of yoga/movement experience
