Self-care and sustainable support isn't a luxury, but rather a necessity for our well-being. Taking time to replenish our bodies, consciously guide ourselves into relaxation and regulation, and prioritize our interests revitalizes our spirit and enhances our ability to care for others. By investing in our health and happiness, we can sustain our energy, patience, and resilience and continue nurturing others and ourselves from a place of strength and fulfillment.
It takes more than a “spa day” or self-care journal to remain healthy and whole through the marathon of motherhood.
So, what does it take?
We believe finding community and claiming time for yourself are important first steps. Join us as we nourish ourselves, move our bodies, explore creative outlets, and share ideas.
All materials and food/beverages are provided. Come as you are.

10:00 open - coffee/tea and circle
10:30 breathe - nervous system balancing
10:50 write - exploring identity
11:10 move - gentle yoga
12:00 nourish - lunch
12:30 express - artistic expression
1:15 discuss - “creative outlets for balanced motherhood”
2:00 complete - closing rituals
